Quick Take

  • Newsom’s Anti-Trans Acquisition: California Governor Gavin Newsom acquired HeCheated.org and SheWon.org to champion a campaign against transgender women in women’s sports, calling it his “magic bullet” for the 2028 presidential race, aiming to win over voters with a “centrist” stance on fairness.
  • Domain Dominance: HeCheated.org blasts trans women in sports, accusing them of hijacking trophies via “manipulation and guilt tactics,” while SheWon.org reveres the sidelined biological women they claim were robbed. Both sites serve up a cocktail of moral fury and unapologetic chromosome-based advocacy.
  • Political Misfire: Critics see Newsom’s focus as a distraction from California’s housing, wildfire, and immigration issues, especially since a 2024 court ruling blocks such bans in his state, with pundits like Jesse Watters mocking it as an empty gesture voters won’t buy.

Trans Moderation

California Governor Gavin Newsom has acquired HeCheated.org and SheWon.org to fuel a heartfelt crusade against transgender women in women’s sports.

The governor trumpeted the purchase as his “magic bullet” for the 2028 White House run. “This is how you lock in men, Hispanics, Blacks, and Independents,” Newsom boasted.

“I’m championing fairness, but, you know, with empathy, a progressive soul, and practical solutions.”

The websites, which Newsom insists are “not just for pandering,” are a wild blend of anti-transness and fervent outrage championing only biological women in women’s sports.

Frustrated by what it calls the erasure of women in their own sport, HeCheated.org aims to spotlight “male athletes” who, in its view, “dominate female divisions, take top spots, and edge young women out of hard-earned opportunities.”

It catalogs “men and boys, from high school to masters, amateur to elite,” accused of “breaking records, grabbing medals, and forcing their way onto women’s teams” through “trickery, guilt-tripping, and legal threats.”

In one fiery section, the site claims these athletes manipulate public sympathy to enter women’s sports, while legacy media applauds them as “heroes” for doing things like spiking a volleyball and walking off with Woman of the Year

The site insists that teams including trans women should lose their titles, claiming they undermine the “fairness of athletic competition” and subject female athletes to unfounded “sexual harassment” in locker rooms and “heightened risk of injury” during play.

SheWon.org, in contrast, is a homage to “displaced female athletes,” managed by volunteers who “aggressively champion safe and fair opportunities for women.” The site’s goal is to document participation trans-gressions (no pun intended) by trans women, with a database that’s “constantly growing, ever-changing” but admittedly transitioning to affirmed data integrity identity.

“This isn’t about hate, it’s about truth,” Newsom said in an upcoming interview with the Joe Rogan.

“HeCheated.org exposes the cheaters. SheWon.org celebrates the real winners. Trans women in women’s sports? Unfair. Full stop. This is my top priority when I’m president, national fairness for females!”

Political strategists are dumbfounded, especially since Newsom’s grand plan is a nonstarter in his own backyard. A 2024 California federal district court ruling already torpedoed efforts to ban trans women from women’s sports, citing equal protection and Title IX.

When pressed on why he’s pushing a policy he can’t, or won’t, enforce in California, Newsom shrugged and said, “The Golden State’s a tough nut, but the rest of the country is primed for this, and it shows I’m a centrist!”

Yes, centrist. Newsom claims his acquisitions are the ultimate moderate move, straddling the line between San Francisco’s sidewalk messes and Ohio’s trucker crowd.

“I’m all in for LGBTQ rights, climate action, you name it, but sports? They’ve gotta be fair,” he claimed.

Critics, though, detect a diversion from California’s true troubles: sky-high housing prices, raging wildfires, bone-dry reservoirs, and endless spending on undocumented migrants.

Will this shape Newsom’s presidential bid? The verdict’s pending, but Fox News’ Jesse Watters is eating it up. “He’s whacking a piñata with nothing inside,” Watters quipped. “Voters care about paychecks, not websites preaching what 95% of the country already knows.”
